Community Registration
How One Health Organisation can help your organization
The One Health Organisation's goal is to provide non-profit and community organizations involved in the care and service of the community with access to quality holistic health care services and advice. This is in accordance with the principles of
Holistic Primary Health Care.
Based on a needs assessment and review of available resources, One Health Organisation will attempt to provide your organisation with volunteer practitioners to assist you with your health care programs on a pro-bono basis.
These services according to availability include:

* Registered Medical Practitioners & Nurses
|
| |
* Nutritional advice and distribution of supplements |
| |
* Counseling services |
| |
* Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture |
| |
* Physiotherapy and massage |
| |
* Naturopathy |
| |
* Homeopathy |
| |
* Yoga and movement therapy |
In order to register for these services however we request that your organisation meets the following criteria:
• Organisations need to have a legal identity such as

* a public benevolent institution |
| |
* a non profit company |
| |
* an incorporated association |
| |
* and have an ABN or ACN
|
| • |
Organisations need to carry public liability insurance for a minimum of $10 million and volunteer personal accident insurance and to provide evidence of currency;

There must to be a minimum of one paid member of staff who will be the designated primary contact person for the duration of the partnership; |
•

Organisations need to endorse holistic primary health care principles and to have an existing relationship with One Health Organisation’ target communities; |

Organisations’ core values, vision and mission statement need to be compatible with the core values, vision and mission of One Health Organisation; |
| • |
Organisations should be members of their state Council of Social Services and/or the Australian Council of Social Services; |
| • |
A willingness to enter into a signed partnership agreement or Memorandum of Understanding with One Health Organisation and to supply accountability data as determined by the nature of the specific partnership project; |
| • |
The organisation has an operational base or a presence in geographic regions where One Health Organisation has a strategic interest in developing partnerships; |
| • |
Organisations who are involved in political, evangelising or proselytising activities, and/or those who restrict access to their activities on discriminatory grounds will not be eligible for partnership with One Health Organisation. |
